Recently I saw this Trend Meter trading strategy tested on multiple big trading strategy backtesting channel. So I decided to test it myself and add some tweaks to it, to make it even better!
For this strategy we also made a free Tradingview Indicator which you can get access for Free, by filling out the Google form below.
First I will show you the indicators needed for the strategy then the rules for long and short entry. After that I will test it 100 times and discuss the results. I will also test a trailing stop loss version and see if it performs better or not. Finally I will show you a few optimization tips I found for this strategy and the strategy ranking sheet.
